Challenge

Although there are numerous applications for finding cultural events such as shows and concerts, the supply focused on art events is very limited. When analyzing surveys, I realized that users want to attend more exhibitions, but they encounter difficulties in discovering events outside the conventional circuits. Additionally, they have trouble remembering event dates.

Solution

I have focused on promoting exploration through personalized recommendations and notifications of highlighted events. Additionally, I have implemented the feature to save exhibitions and artists so that the tool allows organizing and managing relevant information. Lastly, I have given great importance to creating a visually appealing interface that connects with the target audience.

Conclusions

Understanding the user journey turned out to be crucial in identifying the moments and contexts in which the application could provide more value. The main pain points were found in searching, saving, and remembering exhibitions, so I decided to focus the experience on these areas. Maintaining this clarity and focus allowed me to delimit the scope of the project and establish objectives more precisely.
